The District of the Warring Islands (Hurmu Nurse: Striðaraoya omraaðe, "warrior islands' district") is a district of Hurmu in the Warring Islands off the north-eastern Keltian coast. It was founded in 1699 by merging the extant district of East Barrow Island with the Hurmu Peace Corps-occupied territories of West Barrow Island and Great Warring Island. In 1702, the district was expanded with the incorporation of the Batavian island of Fränzi-Ferdinanda Island (renamed in 1703 to Antonia Island). Thus, the district consists of three islands, Antonia Island, Barrow Island and Great Warring Island.
The government of the district also exercises direct control over the civilian administration for the District of Northern Bretland in conjunction with the Hurmu Peace Corps.
