Gugusan Rainbow Ferbnessa (Ferbnessan: Nip Hadodtsanc Rainvhiqau Num Farbnessa), officially the Free Associated Division of the Gugusan Rainbow Ferbnessa (Phineaner: Divisyen/Bahagian Kesemakmuran Bebas Gugusan Rainbow Ferbnessa; Ferbnessan: Ae Poikoniikovh De'd Nip Hadodtsanc Rainvhiqau Num Farbnessa), is an archipelago and an unincorporated territory of the Federal Republic of Phinbella (a division within the constituencies of the Phinbellan unincorporated territory). The archipelago is located northwest of the Captive Sea, about 300 kilometers southwest of the capital, Negara Awan.
The division is one of six free associated divisions in a Phinbellan unincorporated territorial administrative unit that is directly administered under the Phinbellan Department of Infrastructure, Transportation, Cities and Regional Development. The division includes two main islands and several smaller islands. The administrative center, division office center and largest city of this division is Bukit Sadu. It has a population of about 1.1 million people. The local language of this division, Ferbnessan is the main language and lingua franca, while Phineaner is the official language of the executive branch of the local government.
The Gugusan Rainbow Ferbnessa is highly isolated and mostly adopts a rural lifestyle in the communities of this division. Ferbnessan culture is very different from Phinbellan culture, reflected in its art and language, such as Ferbnessan language (constructed language) and Ferbnessan Phineaner dialect which are unique and incomprehensible to some standard Phineaner (Phinbellan language) speakers, even if they are spoken together with the local Gangwol Phineaner sub-dialect. Proto-Phineaner and Phinoslian languages are also spoken in this division, although its speakers are part of the Phinbellan aboriginal group.
