The Humanitarian Mission in former Caputia (HMFC; Craitish: Hjumanitäriähn Misión yhn fórmór Caputija; Hoennese: 舊頭地於人道帶 (Kyū Dzuchi ni Okeru Jindōtai?), KDOJ; Krasnocorian Cyrillic: Хуманитарна Мисија у бившој Капутији, ХМБК; Martino: Misión Humanitaria en la ex Caputia, MHEC; Palesmenian: Húmarisety Musíno en Aúskahrí Caputa, HMAC; Swedish: Humanitära uppdraget i forna Caputia, HUFC;) is the special humanitarian mission implemented by the Craitish and Krasnocorian and Norrlandic forces, later joined by the Hoennese, a limited number of Palesmenians and Los Liberados (in San Pedro), after the fall of Caputia's government and the outbreak of the Haifan Civil War. The goal of the mission is to prevent all conflicts in the regions where the joint-peacekeeping force is present, and to soften economic impacts that are directly negatively affecting the lives of citizens. Part of the significance of the HMFC lies in it being the first significant military action by a force assembled by the non-aligned powers of Micras since the world war between the Raspur Pact and USSO bloc.
Objectives
The current tasks of the HMFC are following:
- to prevent all conflicts between anti-Bassarid and pro-Bassarid sides;
- to assist displaced persons, refugees and citizens whose everyday lives are hardened by the political and economic crisis;
- medical assistance;
- security and public order;
- support for the establishment of civilian institutions.
