The Micras Balkan Super League is the top-level professional rugby league club competition in the Micras Balkans. The league has 16 teams from four countries. The league was started after a rapid surge in popularity of the sport in the region. Afer the end of the regular season, the top eight teams in the league enter the playoffs to decide the overall champion.
