The South Benacian Security Area was formed in 1711 with the signing of the Treaty to Establish the South Benacian Security Area. The treaty was signed in the Shirerithian capital Shirekeep by Kaiseress Salome, the President of Cisamarra Gjanluigi Vinfetto, the Count of Highpass Oze IV, and the President of Sanama Dorsa Raeisi. The treaty was the result of several years of negotiations, and aimed to strengthen the military defence, common security and border safety of the signatories.
