Rachid ibn Muhammad Qasim is a Kurum Ash-Sharqian lawyer and nobleman. He was the advisor of Saif Ad-Din I during his time as Crown Prince. He retired in 1732 AN and was raised to the class of untitled nobility in 1733 AN.
