Rachid ibn Muhammad Qasim is a Kurum Ash-Sharqian lawyer and nobleman. He was the advisor of Saif Ad-Din I during his time as Crown Prince. He retired in 1732 AN and was raised to the class of untitled nobility in 1733 AN.
Marriage and issue
In 1690 AN he married Meryem Fahim. They had several children:
