Peteos Bakker, son of Lors Bakker-Kalirion, an eminent subject of the Benacian Union, and Calliope Spiteriadi, a Constancian domestic.
Educated at the School of Erudition and the Benacian Academy before placement with the Saznan Bivarhins in 1724 AN. Appointed to the Political Directorate of Benacia Command in 1726 AN. Granted leave to participate in bandit hunting in the Absentien during 1727 AN. Transferred to the General Inspectorate of Benacia Command (1728 AN) and posted to the Field Force in Sathrati. Commissioned as a legate upon the recommendation of his father to the promotions board in 1729 AN. Appointed to the troika on the island of Amity in the seventh month of 1730 AN.
