Club Social y Deportivo 21 De Agosto (English: August 21st Sport and Social Club) is a Gerenian football club based in the city of Port Isherwood, which is going to compete in Gerenian League 1 since 2013. The manager is Ismael Caprari and the club plays its home matches at Glaxo Sports Complex, Glaxo Academy's stadium, as their home ground is under construction.
History
21 De Agosto was founded by members of the Spanish-speaking community of Port Isherwood in 2012. Soon afterwards, and thanks to the increase of the number of Gerenian clubs, 21 De Agosto joined the Gerenian League 2 for its very first season. The team finished second in the Stage One, having lost only one match, and eventually obtaining impressing results (5–2 to Uzenae'ad Mergeazes, 4–1 to Taizun Optimistid). This implied being promoted to the League 1 at mid-season.
In October of the same year, 21 De Agosto began its participation in the Gerenian National Cup for its inaugural edition. In the round of 16, the team defeated Glaxo Academy FT 5–3 on aggregate, however, it was eliminated in quarter-finals by International SC.
