Sir James Spooner (born 1687 AN), is a Highbloomian diplomat. In 1719 AN he was appointed Mondosphere consul in New Hempton, Hurmu, a post he held until he was named ambassador to Nouvelle Alexandrie on 21.XI.1751 AN.
