Peter Nikolaevich Skuryov (Mishalanese: Пётр Николаевич Скурёв), Baron Skuryov of Highbloom, is Lord Protector of Northbloom. Previously, he has been the Kalgachian ambassador to Shireroth, among other things. In 1661, Kaiser Ayreon IV awarded him the imperial peerage of Baron Skuryov of Highbloom.
