The Baron Skuryov of Highbloom is a title of nobility in the Imperial Peerage of Shireroth, created in 1661 for Peter Nikolaevich Skuryov, the Kalgachi ambassador to Shirekeep. Lord Skuryov of Highbloom was quickly recalled to Kalgachia after his awarding this title.
As a title of baronial degree, the holder is in a unique status of being regarded to be a noble of Shireroth but not a citizen of Shireroth. All other nobles are citizens of Shireroth, and all citizens of Shireroth are nobles of Shireroth.
