Constancian national due to his maternal grandfather, Jeremiah Avon-El being invested Grand Knight Commander of the Order of the Royal Blood during the 1704 Extraordinary Investiture and receiving Constancian nationality by investiture in accordance with Autokratorial Decree issued 14.XIII.1733 and Constancian nationality by blood descent via his mother in accordance with Autokratorial Decree issued 13.IV.1735.
