This television network broadcasts educational programming for various school subjects as well as some educational entertainment produced both inside and outside of Phinbella. Phinbellan Education Television was launched in -11BP as a programming block in Phinbella 2 (now FPPO 2) as Phinbella 3 and KBS 2TV and the regional station of KBS Programa 2 as KBS 3TV, until becoming an independent company in RP 2600 with the establishment of its own television station.
