This is a list of transfers made between association football clubs under the jurisdiction of the FMF during the 2019–20 season. This article documents transfers made within the period between 1 June 2019 and 31 May 2020.
Permanent transfers
The collapse of both Gerenia and Caputia during the preceding season led to the creation of a large number of free agents; the 2019–20 transfer period was subsequently defined by the redistribution of these players.

Academy graduates and drafts
Following the collapse of Caputia in 2019, Alduria was established as a spiritual successor state, with a number of former FAC Premier Division players being assigned to the Alduria Division; these players were subsequently drafted in 2020 and are listed below.
Retirements and deaths
Following the collapse of Gerenia, all domestic-based Gerenian players were considered deceased; these players are not listed below. All foreign-based Gerenian players were subsequently considered deceased at the culmination of the 2018–19 season; these players are listed below.
Following the collapse of Caputia, all FAC Premier Division players not listed above in either the permanent transfers or drafts sections retired; these players are not listed below.
