The Red Orchid Society (officially the Most Honourable Red Orchid Society) is an Elwynnese humanitarian organization. Modelled after Babkha's Red Lion and Sun Society, it was chartered in 1623 by Steward Hallbjörn Haraldsson of Elwynn. According to its charter, the aims of the Society are to "aid to the sick and wounded, irrespective of nationality, as well as the rendering of assistance in the case of any great public disaster or calamity" and to act for the "improvement of health the prevention of disease and the mitigation of suffering".

The Red Orchid Society is headquartered in Eliria, with local branches in most bailiwicks. It runs several hospitals and emergency services around the country, especially in rural parts of Elwynn. The Society accredits medical and nursing degrees within the People's Academy of Elwynn system.

Along with Sanama's Red Sun and Moon Society, it is a founding member of the Organisation of Red Symbol Societies.

Reconstituted in Ardashirshahr following the destruction of loyalist and rebel branches of the previous Red Orchid Society during the Scouring in the last months of the Second Elwynnese Civil War, with the rebels in "Free Elwynn" forming a separate branch.

The post of Chairman was held by Adam al-Osman until his deposition in 1709 AN, whereafter the office was taken by Elia Simrani-Osman, the former General Secretary.
