The 2013 Copa Apollonia will the second tournament of the Copa Apollonia, between 6 July and 20 July 2013. The eight competing national teams will have to qualify to be involved, through the 2013 FMF World Cup qualification competition.

Qualification
Qualification for the 2013 Copa Apollonia will decided by AEFA's groups in the 2013 FMF World Cup qualification rounds. All four group winners will advance to the tournament, as well as between two and four runners-up, depending on the finishing positions of the hosts and Novatainia, who will be given an automatic place in the competition, as defending champions.
