James Spooner (born 1687 AN), is a Highbloomian diplomat. In 1719 AN he was appointed Mondosphere consul in New Hempton, Hurmu, a post he held until he was named ambassador to Nouvelle Alexandrie on 21.XI.1751 AN.
Personal life
Spooner is the younger brother of Gerard Spooner, mayor of Ermingander Village. He is married to Petra Skuryova-Spooner, a Kalgachi-Northbloomian diplomat and granddaughter of the former Lord Protector of Northbloom, Peter Nikolaevich Skuryov. The couple have two children, Gerard Peter and Alice Lucy; Spooner's daughter Alice succeeded him as consul in New Hempton.
Appointed Member of the Order of Ash and Elm in 1746.
