The Insulia national football team was the football team which represented the micronation of Insulia. It was a member of the AEFA. The team was the official successor of Voxland, and Voxland and Westland, and was the official predecessor and successor of Transnordata.
The team existed twice in the FMF's history; firstly in mid-2022, and secondly between later in 2022 and late 2023.
History
The team was founded in mid-2022 after the foundation of Insulia as the successor state to Voxland and Westland, itself the successor state to Voxland. As Voxland, they finished second in their 2021 World Cup qualifying group before competing as Voxland and Westland in the 2022 Copa Apollonia qualification rounds, where they again placed second in their group. After being succeeded by Transnordata shortly afterwards, a name under which the team played no further matches, Insulia reverted to its previous name later in the year.
The 2023 FMF World Cup qualification rounds saw the team finish third in their six-team group with twenty points. Insulia left Micras in late 2023.
