Autokratorial Decree On the Froyalanish Error

His Serene and Eminent Imperial Highness the Prince of Molivadia by the Grace of the Basileus Grand Knight Commander of The Order of the Great Kingdom of Constancia, Kanikleios of Basileusa Megaliotate and Autokrator of Constancia, Co-Ruler of the Kingdom

To all whom these commands shall come, the Autokrator sends

GREETING:

WHEREAS on 3.XV.1637 the High Realm of Stormark and the Free and Associative Kingdom of Constancia concluded a Treaty on Cooperation and Euran Trade, and

WHEREAS Article 4 of the Raspur Pact Treaty provides that the Signatory Nations hereby pledge that an armed attack against one or more of them shall be considered an attack against them all and consequently agree that in the occurrence of such attack, that each of them shall exercise their right of individual or collective self-defence and assist in concert with the other Signatory Nations to pursue the necessary and proper actions to restore and maintain the security of the signatory nation that is threatened and attacked, and

WHEREAS we take notice of Imperial Decree 969 of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, and the Auspicious Occasion that resulted thereof, and

WHEREAS we take notice of the collapse of the High Realm of Stormark, and

WHEREAS we take notice of the Amokolian Revolution and the Batavian Revolution, and

WHEREAS the security of the Imperial State of Constancia and its people is of paramount interest to His Imperial Majesty's Government,

In the name and with the authority of

Πετερ Τηε Τηιρδ Basileus, Supreme Lord of Vey, Portus Felix, Ad Pontes, Elaion, Craiss and Metaxia, Cario, Idolgi, Ithonion, Oranjesion, Nivardom, and Aqaba, Defender and Protector of the Patriarchal Orthodox Faith

LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that this Decree shall prescribe the policy of the Imperial State of Constancia with respect to the former High Realm of Stormark and the Froyalanish Error

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that the practice of Froyalanish Ancient Ways is suppressed forever within the Imperial State of Constancia, and adherents and practitioners thereof are subject to immediate arrest

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that the Church of the Froyalanish Ancient Ways is suppressed and all its property is forfeit to the Imperial State of Constancia

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that subjects and nationals of the High Realm of Stormark have left the protection of His Imperial Majesty the Basileus; provided that Constancian subjects of His Imperial Majesty, of Storish provenance or descent, or those lawfully married to Constancian subjects of His Imperial Majesty, remain under the protection of His Imperial Majesty and shall not be harmed nor their property molested

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that subjects and nationals of the High Realm of Stormark are forbidden to depart the territory of the Imperial State of Constancia

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that all subjects and nationals of the High Realm of Stormark are declared Kul of the Imperial State under the patronage and protection of the Autokrator

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that all subjects and nationals of the High Realm of Stormark of minority age are declared wards of the Imperial State, are to be separated from their corrupt Froyalan guardians, and placed under the patronage and protection of the Autokrator

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that all personal monetary property of subjects and nationals of the High Realm of Stormark within the Imperial State of Constancia are forfeit to the Basileusan Bank

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that all business property of subjects and nationals of the High Realm of Stormark are forfeit to the ESB-Jörmungandr Group, Inc., and

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that subjects, nationals and all property of the High Realm of Stormark within, or domiciled in the Emirate of Raspur, are subject to Raspurid law

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that the former Storish Embassy premises in Astérapolis is reverted to the Imperial State of Constancia

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that the Palais de Saint Louis le Protecteur situated in Embassy Isle, in the sacred river called Fulltrui Flow, presently the Imperial Constancian Embassy, is converted into a base of the Raspur Pact, and

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that the merchant marine of the High Realm of Stormark is subject to seizure by Raspur Pact forces, and contents thereof forfeited to the Maritime Command of the Raspur Pact, if seized by Pact forces, and to the Imperial Constancian Navy, if seized by the Imperial Constancian Navy, provided that sailors who are nationals of friendly nations serving as crew thereof shall not be harmed, and

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that the Longships Islands in Southern Eura are to be the subject of immediate seizure by the Imperial Constancian Armed Forces, and all its contents forfeit in accordance with this Decree, and

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that the Trans-Euran Command of the Raspur Pact shall enforce and implement this Decree

AND WE DO FURTHER DECLARE that this Decree takes effect immediately.
