Primograd, formerly known as Belaov when it was under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of Krasnovlac, is a major city of Constancian Vipia since Operation Southern Comfort, 1.VII.1733 AN. It was named in honor of the Basileus Giakoumis and established as such on his birthday, 23.IX.1733 AN via Autokratorial Decree.
Taxiarchos (Brigadier) Jessica Demal of the Imperial Constancian Army was designated City Military Governor on 1.IX.1733.
