Phinbellan vehicle registration plate (Phineaner: Plat pendaftaran kenderaan Phinbella) has its own format compared to other realms in the Order of the Holy Lakes (except Forajasaki, PDI and Desaremix which also have their own vehicle registration format). It is displayed on the front and rear of all private and commercial motor vehicles in Phinbella including bicycles and traditional vehicles, as required by transport laws. This number plate is issued by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (Phineaner: Agensi Pemandu dan Perlesenan Kenderaan; abbr. Ph-DVLA) which is an agency under the Phinbellan Department of Road Transportation (Phineaner: Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Phinbella; abbr. JPJ), where it regulates and administers the issuance of all number plates. The latest plate numbers issued in Phinbella including in special administrative territories can be checked through the JPJ website.
In Phinbella itself, until RP 2619, the Free area of the Federation and the special administrative territories have their own system, the system in Tanah Baharu during the Petrosian era is the basis for the latest vehicle registration system in Phinbella, and the system there remains until today. Usually, vehicles from special administrative territories use two plates when entering the Free Area of the Federation, but now they are no longer used and replaced by the national system. The inter-realm and international vehicle registration code is PHI.
