The East Meadow Government Towers is the workplace and headquartters of several ministries of the Council of State of Nouvelle Alexandrie. These include the Department of State, Department of Education, Department for National Mobilisation, and the Department of Civil Works and Transportation. It is located in the Government District in Cárdenas. It was completed in 1692 AN. The building is named after the street it resides in, Meadow Avenue.
The building consists of three main towers of over 150 m in height, where the Departments are located in, with floors dedicated to a specific department. The first three floors are a main concourse from which the towers are accessed. It has a major annex tower on its side.
The building was constructed in 1686 AN as part of the New Prosperity Plan and the Cárdenas Plan to house the Department of State. The Departments of Education and Civil Works & Transportation were added in 1688 AN. The Department of Communications (now National Mobilisation) was added in 1690 AN. The building is known as one of the tallest office towers in the district, with its large glass and reinforced concrete towers, and its massive main concourse with multiple elevators and escalators.
