The Citadel Alexandrin is a prominent New Alexandrian military installation operated by the Federal Forces of Nouvelle Alexandrie, located near the city of Sarensby, Normark. Completed in 1719 AN, the installation served as the main headquarters of the Natopian and New Alexandrian intervention in Normark against the Confederacy of the Dispossessed, called Operation Sable Shield.

The site acts as a ground station for a number of satellites operated by Federal Forces of Nouvelle Alexandrie, with antennas contained in numerous distinctive white radomes.
The Citadele leases an additional 117 acres other than the operational areas for the Citadele for a Relocatable Over the Horizon (ROTHR) receiver site as part of a surveillance network which is designed to monitor flights over an area encompassing more than 1,000,000 square miles (2,600,000 km2) in Keltia. The ROTHR consists of 34 antennas and support structure from 71 to 123 feet (37 m) tall.
