Bise Vol. II is the fourth studio album by a famous Phinbellan-Hurmudan singer, Mat Phinean Tōnán'hyôrï Flynn which was produced and launched on September 8, RP 2619 in Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï and the Phinbellan directly-administered territories. It is his second album in collaboration with Skyline Production and Wayang Tinggi Entertainment.
This album contains at least fifteen songs, and ten songs are included in the karaoke edition where it was originally published in RP 2601. All of these songs are sung in Phineaner, Tōnán'hyôrïan Phineaner, Sam-Sam Laut and Taemhwanian Phineaner. This album featured several popular songs such as Siksa Pangentoman (Torture of Longing), 24 Rindu, Taqna Paqkasilasa (Di Saat Percintaan) and Kaa Kalasahanku (You Who I Love).
