=====Lyvian Culture=====
Lyvian Culture, which originated among the mystical Afrikaanian and Haifan followers of Madame Lye, the Pallisican cult priestess who served as advisor and lover of Queen Mina I, King Lucien IV, and Queen Evahn I, is the second most prominent of the New Zimian cultures. Members of this culture, who are known for their strange, mystical practices and belief systems, are regarded as being distrustful towards outsiders, but highly loyal within their communities. Many of the great Pallisican spies and religious leaders have arisen from this culture.
=====Lucinarian Culture=====
The most widespread and common of the cultures of the Kingdom of New Zimia, Lucinarian culture first developed among the Pallisican and Haifan spice farmers in the region who first began growing crops such as Jied-Rabrev and Nou-Oname under the direction of, and with investment from, King Lucien IV. The culture which developed as a result of the influence and efforts of these early spice farmers is one which is today defined by a nationalistic and deeply religious worldview that places the Pallisican race at the forefront of humanity and civilization on Micras. The people of this culture are proud and boisterous, yet also friendly and welcoming to newcomers.
=====Brentonian Culture=====
Brentonian Culture is the primary culture of the Haifan people who inhabit the southern portion of the Region of the West. This deeply religious and fundamentally militant culture is defined by the legacies of war and pestilence in the region. Members of this community are regarded as being cold and unfriendly, but also industrious and highly capable warriors.
=====Ossyani Culture=====
Ossyani Culture is the primary culture of the Bayanese Gamesmen who live in the Realm of Bayen. The core aspects of this culture dates back to Corumian pre-history, though in modern times it has assimilated many aspects of Pallisican culture. Traditionally, Ossyani culture was defined by a communal nomadic lifestyle in which communities wandered the region raising herds of Giid-Lisea-Eda and Eeli-Illt-Eda. Under the influence of Pallisican culture, Bayanese culture shifted away from its nomadic roots, towards a more urban and sedentary lifestyle, defined by a strict emphasis on trade and governance. With that said, members of the Ossyani culture are regarded for their fundamental industriousness, as well as for their close connection to, and knowledge of, the natural environment of northern and central Corum.
=====Sinclarian Culture=====
A culture which originally developed among the merchant families of the Sinclarian Peninsula who were the first to bear the heavy responsibility of shipping goods between the Kingdom of New Zimia and Passas, Sinclarian culture is defined by a reverence for the sea. Members of this culture are known as seafarers, who earn their livings through fishing and the shipping of goods.
[[Category: | =====Coastal Wallisian Culture=====
Coastal Wallisian Culture is the primary culture of the Kralian people who inhabit the Region of the East. This culture is defined by a rural lifestyle in which silver mining plays a central role. Members of this culture practice a radical variant of the Hanart Paßh branch of the Pallisican Religion, and maintain a strong desire for greater political autonomy for the region they inhabit. Outsiders and foreigners are not generally welcomed within regions in which Coastal Wallisian Culture maintains a significant presence.

History
Along with the other regions which constitute the Kingdom of New Zimia, the Region of the Center was settled in the late 28th era PSSC. The region was settled during this period by three distinct groups of people. First among these were the followers of King Lucien IV, who established in the region's heartland the city of Lucien. Following these were the Kralians, who - along with the first Haifans to settle the mainland - established the city of Afrikaania. The third group of settlers to the region were the Pallisican followers of the sorceress-concubine Madame Lye, who established along the region's northern coast the city of Mina, which was named in honor of Queen Mina I, mother of Lucien IV.

Transportation
The primary mode of transportation across the Region of the Center is rail. The cities of Afrikaania and Lucien are connected to one another, and to cities beyond the Region of the Center, by railways operated by the Corumian Railway Company, which is headquartered in the nation's capital. An informal system of roads, most of which were constructed prior to Pallisican settlement in the region, connects all of the region's major settlements.
The city of Afrikänía is home to an Imperial Bassarid Orbital Transit Depot, which connects the city to the orbital trade routes which extend between Corum, Eura, and Keltia.
Military Installations
The Region of the Center is home to Fort Donnet, the largest of the military installations operated by the New Zimian War League in Corum.
Protected Areas
Protected Areas within the Region of the Center include the Wood of the Gamesmen and the Afrikaanian Woodlands. The former of these is regarded as a favorite haunt of practitioners of the Stripping Path, who worship at a grand statue which depicts the king of the satyrs. The latter of these is the site of a sacred location known as the Valley of the Bijeko, a place well known to be the abode of the fierce spirit of a great, ancient Bijeko-Lisea-Nas. The region is also home to the Mina Monastery, one of several monasteries operated by the New Zimian Temple Authority.

The Region of the West was established during the 28.80's PSSC by Pallisican and Haifan merchants who sought to establish the region as the central commercial hub of the nation which was then in the process of being established by the heir to the throne of the Passasian crown, Lucien IV. Since the establishment of the National Mall, Sinclair has served as the home of all of the nation's successive marketplaces, including the Port of Storms and the Port of Vines. In the 29.50's PSSC the Region of the West was the site of the Conquest of Port Brent, a conflict widely regarded as the first ever formal military operation waged by the New Zimian War League.

History
The Region of the East was settled in the 28.80's by Kralians who traveled to the region in pursuit of freedom from religious persecution by Pallisicans, who rejected Kralian sentiments regarding the nature of enlightenment. These Kralian settlers, who envisioned a future in which they would establish an independent nation governed by the enlightened ones of the Hills of Kralia, earned a living mining silver on behalf of Southern Silver Investments, which continues today to operate as part of the Pallisican Central Stock Fund.

Military Installations
There are no major military installations located in the Region of the East, though the New Zimian War League maintains an active presence in the Sea of Sangun.
Protected Areas
The primary protected area in the Region of the East is the Depths of Anatina, a wildlife preserve which is renowned for the density of Petal-Hial-Eda which live there. Culture
Lyvian Culture
Lyvian Culture, which originated among the mystical Afrikaanian and Haifan followers of Madame Lye, the Pallisican cult priestess who served as advisor and lover of Queen Mina I, King Lucien IV, and Queen Evahn I, is the second most prominent of the New Zimian cultures. Members of this culture, who are known for their strange, mystical practices and belief systems, are regarded as being distrustful towards outsiders, but highly loyal within their communities. Many of the great Pallisican spies and religious leaders have arisen from this culture.
Lucinarian Culture
Brentonian Culture
Brentonian Culture is the primary culture of the Haifan people who inhabit the southern portion of the Region of the West. This deeply religious and fundamentally militant culture is defined by the legacies of war and pestilence in the region. Members of this community are regarded as being cold and unfriendly, but also industrious and highly capable warriors.
Ossyani Culture
Sinclarian Culture
A culture which originally developed among the merchant families of the Sinclarian Peninsula who were the first to bear the heavy responsibility of shipping goods between the Kingdom of New Zimia and Passas, Sinclarian culture is defined by a reverence for the sea. Members of this culture are known as seafarers, who earn their livings through fishing and the shipping of goods.
Coastal Wallisian Culture
Coastal Wallisian Culture is the primary culture of the Kralian people who inhabit the Region of the East. This culture is defined by a rural lifestyle in which silver mining plays a central role. Members of this culture practice a radical variant of the Hanart Paßh branch of the Pallisican Religion, and maintain a strong desire for greater political autonomy for the region they inhabit. Outsiders and foreigners are not generally welcomed within regions in which Coastal Wallisian Culture maintains a significant presence.
