Al-Khadra is the northernmost and second most populous city in the Hurmu-occupied Barikalus territory of Al-Khadra and Qurtuba. The city was devastated during the Barikalus-Hurmu war.
A bridge to connect it over the River Glacei with Vadimbaatar is being constructed (projected for 1710).
According to the Dasil Agreement, the city is, along with Khanabad, expected to fall under Hurmu sovereignty on 1.X.1708 AN.
