Mat Phinean Perseus Amathous Flynn (born -30BP), known as Mat Amato Flynn, is a Phinbellan actor, presenter, musician and guitarist. Born and raised in Kota Hilir, Territory of Kota Hilir. He is a biological father to Mat Phineas Flynn, he is also the second child of three siblings.
He was the lead guitarist in the group The Storm, which was formed in the late -20BPs. Although he did not engage in a political career, he was once appointed the third president in the Phinbellan provisional government and became the speaker of the provisional assembly. He was also appointed ambassador for space defense by the Phinbellan government in RP 2611.
