The Dura national football team is the football team which currently represents the Shirerithian protectorate of Dura, and previously represented the independent nation of the same name. The team is a member of the AEFA.
History
The team was founded in mid-2009 after Dura's Micrasian claim was successful. Dura became a protectorate of Shireroth prior to the team's participation in the qualifiers for the 2010 FMF World Cup, where they finished fourth in their five-team group with eight points.
In the following year's qualifying, the team improved, finishing second in their group by three points to Babkha.
In their four-team 2012 qualifying group, the team finished third with seven points.
The team finished third in their five-team 2013 qualification group with nine points.
In 2014's qualifiers, Dura finished fourth in their six-team group with 15 points.
Dura improved during qualifying in 2015, finishing second in their five-team group with 16 points; one point behind Gotzborg.
The 2016 Copa Apollonia qualification rounds saw the team finish fourth in their five-team group, albeit only one point off a play-off spot, with twelve points.
Dura finished second in their four-team 2017 World Cup qualifying group with eight points and advanced to the play-offs, there they were beaten 4–2 on aggregate by Fort Kolgrad.
The team competed in the 2018 Copa Apollonia qualification rounds, where they finished third in their six-team group with 18 points.
In the 2019 World Cup qualifiers, the team finished third in their five-team group with nine points.
