Crest A demi-lion rampant guardant supporting in the paws a staff proper, thereon flying to the flag of Phinbella.
Escutcheon Equal divisions of five colours topped by four equally spaced narrow white stripes with a two orange-gold disc over the middle two lines in the center, sided by a the Prince of Wales's feathers, crenellation, and waves to the left and and gate of Kota Hilir to the right, and based on divisions containing blue and white lozenges.
