The Austbard national football team was the football team which represented the micronation of Austbard. It was a member of the EMUFA and was run by the DAF.
History
The team was founded in 2012 after Austbard's Micrasian claim was successful. In the following year's qualifiers, the team finished second in their four-team group with nine points to qualify for EMU 2013. In the finals, the team finished bottom of their three-team group with one point, behind Valencia on goal difference.
In 2014, the team finished second in their qualifying group with twelve points, behind Hamland on goal difference, but reached the 2014 FMF World Cup due to Hamland's automatic qualification as holders. In EMU 2014, the team finished second in their group on goal difference after only drawing one match. In their début World Cup, the team finished bottom of their group with a point after only drawing one of their matches.
In the 2015 qualifiers, the team finished second in their five-team group with 13 points and advanced to the play-offs, where they overcame Høgmårk 4–3 on aggregate to reach a second consecutive finals. In the World Cup, the team repeated their showing of the previous year as they finished bottom of their group with just one point to their name.
The qualifying rounds for EMU 2016 saw the team finish third in their five-team group with twelve points; missing-out on a play-off place by virtue of goal difference.
In the 2017 World Cup qualifiers, the team finished second in their five-team group with 16 points; one behind Talenore in first. Austbard left Micras shortly afterwards.
