Exercise Fraternal Resolve is a large-scale multinational military exercise conducted across Eura by Raspur Pact member states in III.1751 AN. Organized under the authority of Trans-Euran Command, the exercise tests interoperability, operational preparedness, and strategic resilience among the armed forces of Nouvelle Alexandrie, Constancia, Zeed, and Oportia. The exercise marks the first time since the conclusion of the Fourth Euran War that Oportia has participated in a Raspur Pact military activity, representing a significant milestone in the normalization of relations between the State of Oportia and its neighbors.
Exercise Fraternal Resolve also serves as the first major integration test for Ēurānshahr, the unified entity in Constancia formed from the Raspur Khanate and the Suren Confederacy following the Reorganisation in the East (1748 AN–1749 AN). The exercise incorporates forces from the newly consolidated Ēurānshahr military structure, evaluating command interoperability with the broader Raspur Pact framework and establishing common operational procedures. Military planners have characterized the exercise as a comprehensive effort to restore the cooperative security architecture that existed prior to the Mehrshahr Meltdown and subsequent regional conflict.
