Valentina Ríos (born 17.II.1715 AN) is a New Alexandrian diplomat who has represented the Federation as its ambassador to the Mondosphere since 1760 AN. A native of Valencia, she trained at the Institut Diplomatique de Punta Santiago and specialized in the affairs of the Raspur Pact, the alliance to which both the Federation and the Mondosphere belong. Much of her career was spent on the coordination of policy among the Pact's members, work that prepared her for a posting to a fellow member state. She has been stationed at Ermingander Village since her appointment in 1760 AN.
