Last Will and Testament of Edgard Carrillo
I, Edgard Carrillo, of sound mind and body, hereby declare this document as my Last Will and Testament. This document is in reference to my virtual creations and possessions in Micras that I participate in.
Article I: Identification of Creations
The nations which are subject to this Will, are as follows:
Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie (Nouvelle Alexandrie)
Bovic Empire of the Natopian Nation (Natopia)
The State of Oportia (Oportia)
The Realm of Ransenar (within the Benacian Union) (Ransenar)
Article II: Provisions for Extended Absence
In the event of my extended absence, unannounced absence, or inactivity exceeding 30 days (inclusive of weekends) on MicrasWiki or on Discord (whichever occurs first), I hereby designate the following individuals as heirs to my creations:
- Primary Heir for Nouvelle Alexandrie: User:Primo de Aguilar
- Primary Heir for Natopia: User:Ric
- Primary Heir for Oportia: User:Continuator
- Primary Heir for Ransenar: User:Ryker
Article III: Provisions for Inability of Primary Heirs
In the event that the primary heir designated for any of my creations is unable or unwilling to assume control, the following secondary heirs are designated:
- Secondary Heir for Nouvelle Alexandrie: User:Continuator
- Secondary Heir for Natopia: User:Primo de Aguilar
- Secondary Heir for Oportia: User:Primo de Aguilar
- Secondary Heir for Ransenar: User:Continuator
Article IV: Conditions and Guidelines
The heirs shall maintain the integrity, lore, and ongoing narrative of the respective creations in line with the established storylines and world-building principles. They are encouraged to develop the creations further, keeping in mind the original vision.
Article V: Revocation and Amendment
This Will may be revoked or amended by me at any time, provided such changes are communicated clearly to all affected parties in written form, either via our designated Wiki platform or Discord channel.
Article VI: Acknowledgement
By accepting the role of either primary or secondary heir to my creations, the designated individuals acknowledge their commitment to uphold the spirit of our collaborative fantasy world and respect the established lore and narratives.
