The Senyan Neighbourhood Friendship Policy is a foreign policy strategy by the government of Senya, starting in 1684 AN, to improve diplomatic, cultural and trade relations with its neighbouring countries. Due to a thaw in relations between the two, the Senyan government felt that it was time to garner better relations amongst neighbouring countries.

One of the main projects of the project was the expansion of the Senyan Rail network into neighbouring countries. The Meiridosa–Dyas line was extended out to Dura, whilst two new lines were constructed connecting Senya and Jingdao, one down to Daocheng, and one across the River Warriors to Port Nevermore.
