The Rettich Sankt Rosa Helicopter Plant was a Lanzerwalder designer and manufacturer of helicopters, the company was located in Zolltor, south of Stadt Sankt Rosa. The company was founded in 1752 with a loan from the Volksrat by Steve Rettich. As a defence manufacturer in the Lanzerwald Republic, the Rettich Sankt Rosa Helicopter Plant stood under the supervision of the Ministerium für Verteidigung des Lanzerwaldes. In 1761 a helicopter of the Rettich Sankt Rosa Helicopter Plant crashed in Hamstadt, resulting in the loss of life both on board the helicopter and on the ground. The company lost its business license after it was ruled that negligence had led to the crash. The assets of the Rettich Sankt Rosa Helicopter Plant were brought over to the University of Sankt Rosa, to retain the engineering knowledge for the Lanzerwald. The company remains active under the auspices of the university to research aviation for the Confoederatio Aemilia and provide spares for existing models, but is not expected to bring any new helicopters into production.
