The Red Lion and Sun Society of Eura is a Surenid humanitarian organisation. Inspired by and modelled after the historic Red Lion and Sun Society of Babkha, it received its charter in 1687 AN from the Surenshah, Dāryuš of the Suren, after presenting one Euran talent of gold (1,181,575 natopo) in tribute to the throne.
The Red Lion and Sun is an important symbol in Babkhan culture, which is the dominant culture of the Suren Confederacy.
In same year as its foundation, the Red Lion and Sun Society of Eura made its application to become a member of the Organisation of Red Symbol Societies.
Alongside the Integration of the Suren Confederacy, the Board of Directors was reorganized accordingly.
