Qyzylqaystan was a protectorate of Jingdao, which was integrated as a district of Jingqyzyl later on. Its tribes are known as fearsome warriors who revere the Heavenly Light and brought the region under its control. They are often seen as the vanguard of the Jingdaoese defense against the barbarian Green tribes which have not submitted.

Throughout the late 17th century reign of the Chidao Emperor, Qyzylqaystan was integrated as a province into the Great Jing. The territory eventually reached a status of semi-independence from the Democratic Apollonian Republic of Kildare during and in the aftermath of the Second Kildarian Revolution. Its tribes united to establish the Qyzyl People's Republic.

The flag of Qyzylqaystan Republic is a proud symbol for the nation. It was designed by President Mühamadgürbançyev. The flag’s primary colour is green, the colour of the Qyzylqay people, with a triband of blue, red and gold at the hoist. The blue represents peace, red stands for the bloody past of the Qyzylqay, and gold signifies the golden Apollonian steppe. The green is charged with a white crescent for the standing of Islam in Qyzylqaystan Republic.

The capital of Qyzylqaystan Republic is Gürbançybaq, which is the largest city in the nation. Gürbançybaq is a very important city on Micras, as it is strategically placed for trade routes across Apollonia. The city is technologically advanced with premium living available for all residents, and has the lowest crime rate of any capital on Micras.

Outside of Gürbançybaq is the Qyzylqay steppe, where the nation’s extensive agriculture industry thrives. Many people in this region are nomads and have a close relationship with horses. The steppe and its people are an important part of Qyzylqaystan Republic’s economic strength and continued growth.

History

The history of Qyzylqaystan Republic is long and intertwined with different important cultures and individuals.

While little is known of the land of Qyzylqaystan Republic in early history contexts, evidence has been found of an ancient city named Kyriaki a matter of kilometers outside of the capital city Gürbançybaq. It is thought that the name of the Qyzylqay people originates from the Kyriaki tribes, due to association of the similar pronunciation.

More recent history of the vast Apollonian steppe shows that a collection of hordes controlled the central region of the continent for hundreds of years. These hordes are considered by most to have been semi-independent of one another, but jointly associated with one Great Khagan. Historians across Micras, led by elite Qyzylqaystan Republic researchers, have concluded that these were named the Hordes of the Golden Yak.

In modern times, the people of Qyzylqaystan Republic have heritage from the hordes, with small communities having existed in relative isolation across the steppe. President Mühamadgürbançyev and supporters bravely travelled across central Apollonia to work with these communities to build a stable nation together. As a proven distant relative of the Great Khagan, President Mühamadgürbançyev’s support rapidly grew and Qyzylqaystan Republic was born.

Since the foundation of Qyzylqaystan Republic, President Mühamadgürbançyev has led a fair and just society of proud Qyzylqay people who can trace their history back to the most feared warriors in the history of Micras. Qyzylqaystan Republic continues to be prosperous and respected by all other nations.
