The Protector-class missile frigate is a new class of medium-sized naval ship designed by Sanama State Maritime Industries. The design stage finished in 1681. The frigate is designed to fill the role of a medium-sized escort, and also to conduct anti-submarine warfare and medium- to long-range strikes.
