Pierre Francois

Pierre Francois is an Alexandrian-born, Natopian statesman and retired navy admiral. He was born in 1628 in Saint Jean Baptiste, Alexandria (now Baudrix-su-mer, Arboria del Sul). He has served with distinction in the Alexandrian and Natopian Navies. He attained the rank of Lieutenant (OF-2) in the Alexandrian navy. He was only 23 during the Alexandrian flu but, he was commissioned as an officer of the Natopian navy at his equivalent rank and continued his naval career, rising from Lieutenant to Rear Admiral in twenty years.

He was given an honorary promotion to full Admiral (OF-9) the day before he retired in order to accept his nomination to become the civilian Secretary for Defense in 1671. He is a member of the Imperial Court of Natopia as Chamberlain of the Verdant Gardens and sits on the Imperial Council of Natopia.
