Pan-Greenism is an ideological and political movement that emerged from the unclaimed and ungoverned territories of Micras known as The Green as a result of the pamphlet "The Wretched of the Green", written by Lucius Tanah-Leyte, an Ocian Dispossessed founder and political thinker, in 1700 AN. In that pamphlet, Tanah-Leyte writes, "what is needed most is a Confederacy of all the Dispossessed and the Stateless of Micras, to rise and defend our families and bring real and lasting peace." The movement advocates for the unification of all the territories of the Green in Micras to form a supranational alliance or confederation, resisting external nations' territorial expansions and offensives, particularly those by the Raspur Pact. Pan-Greenism is rooted in a shared identity among many of the stateless groups and communities that are part of the Confederacy of the Dispossessed, encompassing parts of Keltia, Corum, and Eura.

Pan-Greenism is a the direct, hostile response to the movements across many Micran capitals that held the oft-repeated tenet that "the Green must be conquered!"[1], which Tanahy-Leyte often referred to as "an innate impulse of the nations of the world to kill, consume, and exploit." The ideology promotes solidarity among the stateless groups and communities in the Green against the perceived encroachment and exploitation by established nations, aiming to protect their autonomy and way of life.

The Confederacy of the Dispossessed, a key player in the pan-Greenist movement, embodies the struggle against external aggression, aiming to spearhead a global revolution by uniting the lands and peoples of the Green. This resistance movement, composed of former citizens from collapsed modern nations, mercenaries, and pirates, among others, arose in response to aggressive territorial expansions by the Raspur Pact. The Confederacy supports the restoration of nations that once existed, leveraging this as a strategy to disrupt and expand their influence across Micras. Pan-Greenism, as a response to the historical context of razzias and territorial conquests by many nations, underscores a broader narrative of self-determination, resistance against domination, and the pursuit of peace and stability within the vast, lawless unclaimed lands of Micras.
