Otto Jacob Svenstadt (2.IV.1387 - 7.III.1563 AN), was the first man to become Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Victoria.
Appointed in 1450, Svendstat served during the first years of the of reign of Victoria I. Because of his conservative ways and strong Newhaven roots, he was often known to both friends and detractors as the "Wise old man of Newhaven."
