Andrew Eugene Black (4.X.1396 - 17.I.1455 AN), was a Victorian politician who served as the 2nd Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Victoria. He is also the only Victorian Prime Minister to have been assassinated.

Appointed in 1454, Black served during the early years of the of reign of Victoria I. Because of his hard line conservative views, Victoria became a hotbed of tension during his premiership. This led to his assassination in Port Clyde in 1455, after having served in office for only a matter of months.
