Marcel Antoine Vermeuil (born 12.III.1694 AN) is an Oportian politician and the 7th Federal Representative of Oportia, assuming office on 30.V.1742 AN following a narrow victory in the 1742 general election. Before his election as Federal Representative, Vermeuil served as Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies from 1738 AN to 1742 AN and was a prominent figure in the Liberal Progressive Party of Oportia (LPP).

Born in Triegon, Natopia to a family of Alexandrian academics, he earned his law degree from the State University of Vanie and worked as a constitutional law professor before entering politics in 1725 AN. Vermeuil is known for establishing the "Government of National Unity" following his election, a cross-partisan approach that incorporated the Green Party of Oportia into his administration after the political crisis precipitated by the Oportia–Nouvelle Alexandrie integration scandal. His administration has focused on diplomatic reforms, environmental protection, and rebuilding trust in governance, while navigating the challenges of a deeply divided electorate. Married to Elise Vermeuil, a prominent pediatrician, he has two adult children and maintains residences in Vanie and his hometown of Port d'Est.
