The Legge 1/1707 is the first law of 1707 AN issued by the Zar Government, signed by the Prime Minister and the President of the Republic, also called "Ponte sullo Stretto di Vegno Project". It entered into force the day after, following publication in the official gazette. It was proposed by Forza Vegno, and supported by Partito Democratico Costituzionale and Partito Nazionalista Vegnese (partly), and sees the approval of 47 deputies of the Assemblea Nazionale and 27 abstensions.

With this law, The Government of Vegno starts the Project of the Ponte sullo Stretto di Vegno, which will connect the regions of Caponord and Falange.

Text

Art.1

The construction of a double-span suspension bridge of 1 523 m, with a total length of 3 173m, to connect the continental portion of Vegno (Caponord Region) and the insular region of Falange is approved.

Art.2

The project and the contract are delegated to the company Mancuso Cementi Vegnesi S.p.A., which will also have to provide for the establishment of an environmental and acoustic feasibility committee, controlled by the Minister of the Environment.

Art.3

The cost financed by the state is 1.5 billion Rin, which will be deducted from the next Budget Law, but which will be divided into 5 payment tranches of 35-20-15-15-15 percent.

Art.4

The aforementioned bridge will have a fixed fixed toll of 20 Rino for transit.

Art.5

Trucking and train tickets that will pass over the aforementioned bridge will be increased by 10% to cover construction costs.

Art.6

Private trucking companies will be able to establish an unlimited number of journeys subject to the increase in the cost of tickets established in Article 5. The Vegnese public transport company undertakes to establish a minimum number of 5 high-speed trains per day and 10 coaches for the transport of people.
