Civil Administrator for Raspur
The Civil Administrator for Raspur is an Imperial Constancian Government office of Ministerial rank and is the title of the individual exercising plenipotentiary authority, and serves as personal representative of the Imperial Constancian Crown over the Khanate of Raspur. It was subsequently subsumed under the Ministry for Raspur. The plenipotentiary often encountered difficulties in entering Raspur, particularly during the period when the Constancian crown was in the habit of appointing Thraci subjects to the post.
As the present incumbent, Vahid al-Osman, was (as of 1729 AN) primarily based in Hurmu and focused upon other duties, the remit of the minister fell increasingly into the possession of the Grand Vizier of Raspur.
Since 1731, it has been agreed and made legal convention, via Autokratorial Decree that the Grand Vizier of Raspur holds this office in a concurrent capacity.
The appointee ex-officio holds a directorship in the Raspur Railway Corporation.
