Carl Hans Peter (14.II.1398 - 5.IX.1479 AN), was a Victorian politician who served as the 4th Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Victoria.
Appointed in 1458, Hans Peter became the first Prime Minister to serve in office in two separate decades at the same time. Carl was also the first native of Strathalmond to hold the office.
