The Collective Security Association (CSA) was a collective defence, economical and cultural treaty organisation consisting of the Çakar Empire and the Haifo-Pallisican Imperial Trade Union.

Among the Association's original members were the Kingdom of Batavia, the Çakar Empire, the Haifo-Pallisican Imperial Trade Union, the Holy Ralgon State of Valora and the Thraci Confederation. The organisation is a continuation of the Union of States around the Sovereign Oceans. Since Jingdao's departure, a reorganisation process was initiated to bring the organisation into a new era.

In 1719 AN (12 April 2023), the Haifo-Pallisican Imperial Trade Union was removed, leaving Çakaristan as the only member. As a result, it was decided to dissolve the organisation. All assets, including weaponry and the space programme, were brought under the Çakar flag.

Member states

There are three different kinds of membership:

  • Full Membership
  • Associate Membership
  • Observer status

Full Members

Full Members - or Union States - hold all privileges and duties, as being agreed upon in the Union Treaty (including free movement, Union Citizenship, military aid and economical access to the common market).

Associate Members

  1. Associate Members are allowed to send a representative to the Political Consultative Committee but hold no voting power.
  2. Can participate in a project (militarily, economically, cultural), but must be approved by the members.

Observers

Observer States are allowed to send a representative to the Political Consultative Committee, but hold no voting power and do not actively participate in any of the projects.

Former Members are those which have left the Union after having enjoyed membership.

Structure

The basis of the organisation is laid down in the Union Treaty of 1690, which has since been amended on some points. Thus, the headquarters is currently located in Agra. The organisation is headed by a Secretary General. He presides over the Union Council and runs the administrative organisation.
