The Benacian Institute of Labour Studies was an institute founded in 1710 AN to investigate the means whereby the efficiency of subjects employed by the Guilds and Corporations of the Benacian Union might be better enhanced to match the productivity of economies such as Sanama, without making compromises on the subordination of all subjects of hierarchies of authority and obedience, in line with the core doctrines of Humanism, and thereby to surpass the industrial output of its near peer rival for dominion over the continent of Benacia - Shireroth.
