Bülow, officially the Free Imperial City of Bülow (Cibolan Saxon: Freie Reichsstadt Bülow) is a city in the Lanzerwald Republic, it was previously the second largest city in the United Principalities of Cibola.

History

Bülow first appeared as the town of München on internationally recognized maps in the 15th Century AN. During the Zandt period, the town was renamed to Beelow some time in the 1610s AN and was a suburb of the nearby city of Oudorp. In 1725 AN, representatives from the town voted to join the new United Principalities. It quickly rose to become a hub of economic activity along with its sister city Altdorf. After the Aemilian intervention in the United Principalities it became part of the Confoederatio Aemilia, which later became the Lanzerwald Republic.

Volksbahn school

In 1755 the national railway company Volksbahn started the construction of the Bahnausbildungseinrichtung Bülow, an educational institute that provides education on all subjects related to the operation of the nation's railways. Here the company can train its new generation of drivers, conductors, and mechanics. On the grounds of the institute 20 kilometres of railroad track make it possible to teach students the basic principles of operation of various locomotives. The tracks are also used by associated research groups from LanzerwaldSpoor and the Weisenburger Maschinefabrik to test new trains and signalling systems, often with the help of students. Besides students from the Lanzerwald Republic, there are also students from other Cibolan nations, especially those that wish to work as drivers on Cibolan Rail trains, which are heavily based on Lanzerwald technology.
